Laboratory Control of Every Batch
Concrete is not just 'delivered and forgotten'. We control the mix at every stage so that the grade on paper matches the grade in your foundation. Here is how the process works.
- 1
Raw materials acceptance
Every incoming batch of cement, sand, and crushed stone undergoes reception testing: moisture, grading, and dust content. Non-conforming batches are returned to the supplier.
- 2
Batching and workability
During batching, the lab technician checks the slump (P1–P4), mix temperature, and density. If parameters deviate from limits, the mix design is adjusted before dispatch.
- 3
Sampling
A 100×100×100 mm cube sample is cast from each truck. Samples are marked with the date, time, grade, and mixer number, then sent to the laboratory.
- 4
7 and 28-day testing
Samples are compression-tested according to GOST 10180. At 7 days, we verify 70% of design strength, and at 28 days, full compliance with the strength class. The test report is attached to the batch quality certificate.
What you get
- A quality certificate for each batch, signed by a lab technician
- Certified 7 and 28-day test reports
- Compliance with GOST 7473-2010 for ready-mix concrete
- On-site mixer volume measurement — any volume disputes are resolved on the spot
- Contract with a 100% penalty for grade substitution
Need a quality certificate right now?
If you have already worked with us, we will send reports of past batches upon request. If you are just choosing a supplier, we will show you a documentation sample.
