1. Who processes the data

2. What data we receive
- From the order form on the website: name, phone number, site address, concrete grade and volume, preferred date, comment.
- From conversations with our assistant on the website, in WhatsApp and in Instagram Direct: message text and voice messages, profile name, and the phone number and order details if you provide them.
- Technical data about website visits: pages viewed, device, browser, approximate location. IP addresses are anonymised in Google Analytics.
3. Why
- To calculate the price and place a concrete order.
- To confirm the price and delivery availability with a partner plant.
- To contact you, including calling you back if you asked us to.
- To understand how the website and advertising perform and improve them.
4. Who we share data with
We do not sell data or share it for third-party advertising. We share it only with those needed to fulfil your order:
- Dispatchers of partner concrete plants — order details, and your name and phone number if you asked for a call. Without this the plant cannot quote a price or deliver.
- Google (Gemini) — conversation text, so the assistant can reply.
- Groq — voice messages, to transcribe them into text.
- Supabase — storage of orders.
- Telegram — notifying the responsible staff member about a new order.
- Meta (WhatsApp and Instagram) — the channels the conversation takes place in.
- Google Analytics and Vercel — website visit statistics.
5. How long we keep it
Orders and conversations are kept for as long as needed to fulfil the order and for record-keeping, or until you ask us to delete them. There is currently no automatic time-based deletion, so the most reliable way to remove your data is described below.
6. Your rights
You can ask what data we hold about you, correct it, withdraw your consent to processing, or request deletion. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing carried out before that.
7. How to delete your data
- Email almatybeton01@gmail.com or message us on WhatsApp at +7 (775) 885-23-99 with the subject "Delete my data".
- Include the phone number or Instagram username you contacted us from, so we can find your conversations and orders.
- We will delete the data within 30 days and confirm by replying to you.
- Data we are legally required to keep, for example for accounting, is deleted once the statutory retention period ends.
8. Changes
If we change how we process data, we will update this page and the date at the top.
